This multifunctional rack from Gymstick offers a wide range of exercise options. The Gymstick Pull-Up and Dip Rack is, as the name suggests, suitable for pull-ups and dips. You can also do chin-ups, knee raises, leg raises, and much more. The rack also features an integrated loop for attaching a punching bag. You can switch between exercises in seconds. How? By simply turning the rack upside down. To mount the Gymstick Pull-Up and Dip Rack to the wall, use the included wall hooks. These attach to the wall, after which you can hang the rack in two ways. This means you don't have to re-screw the rack when you want to vary your exercises.
