The speed agility ladder can be used both indoors and outdoors and is ideal for warm-ups, boot camp, and fitness training. The StreetGains Speed ​​Agility Ladder is available in four- and eight-meter versions. Depending on the chosen version, the short model consists of eight planks and the long model of sixteen planks. The planks are made of high-quality plastic and are impact-resistant. This ensures that the speed agility ladder won't break if you accidentally misstep on it. Our advice

Looking for even more of a challenge? Use the training ladder in combination with a weighted vest or resistance belt. Or place two ladders side by side for an extra-wide ladder, or two ladders behind each other for an extra-long ladder.
